On the other hand, both leaders and followers must have the spirit to classify their short term and long term goals. It is under legitimate organizational paradigm. That is why it is very important for an organizational ease. 

I-Intension: It should be very cleared and transparent. Moreover leaders will have to intend to drive their entire occupational journey on the basis of their professional need and the substantial enthusiasm respectively. On the other hand, both leaders and followers should have the understanding and fellow feeling to improvise their communal splendour for an outstanding conscientious solidity. 

O-Opportunity: Leaders and followers shall have to search for productive opportunity where they can have the overseas business dealing, sound finance from overseas banks and persistent business model for handsome commercial revenues. This is how the core strength might be grown up and all those leaders can have the handy hope for glistening the organizational refinements. 

N-Navigation: All the leaders are the trained navigators. In this regard, they shall have to navigate the followers to walk upon a very dynamic root where they can have the possibility and probability for a successful business according to their strategic paraphrases in the end.

  1. This is a very timely post in view of the holistic approach desired to be followed in achieving the SDGs. Organisation here means not only a group of people working for a common goal but a joint focused ideology in action percolated at all levels!!
    Dr Rudrarup always looks at the things so meticulously and expresses his most genuine concern about the task at hand. The organisation with a good leader cannot perform at its peak level unless people at all levels stand committed to be synchronised in thought, narrative and action consistently in a trustworthy conducive environment.
